Led the end-to-end product design and front-end development for the ODIpro ecosystem. I functioned as both product designer and front-end engineer, bridging the gap between strategic Outcome-Driven Innovation (ODI) theory and high-performance execution. By maintaining a cohesive feedback loop between the Figma design environment and the React codebase, I transformed complex innovation workflows, such as market definition and need validation, into intuitive, streamlined experiences for enterprise teams.

• Unified Design Architecture: Architected and built a custom, scalable design system from the ground up, ensuring consistent UI patterns across the entire product suite.
• Figma-to-Code Workflow: Designed the entire component library in Figma, then personally implemented it into a production-ready codebase using React and LESS for precise, modular styling.

SIA

As a product designer and front-end engineer for Sia, I redefined how market researchers interact with strategy data. Moving beyond the limitations of standard conversational interfaces, I built Sia as a specialized coordination tool within the ODIpro ecosystem. My work involved creating a sophisticated UI that allows researchers to move from high-level AI-generated insights to granular, underlying datasets through interactive feedback loops, multi-view management, and collaborative workspaces where organizations can refine and debate findings in real-time.

• Complex Data Visualization: Architected a UI capable of surfacing massive, layered datasets behind AI responses, allowing users to inspect the "insights" driving every output.
• Beyond-Chat Interface: Engineered a non-standard conversational flow that integrates sophisticated state management for filtering, reacting, and managing long-term research views.
• Collaborative Strategy Workspace: Developed the front-end logic for a "saved response" ecosystem, enabling cross-functional teams to join, discuss, and iterate on specific findings within the interface.
• Responsive Research Architecture: Built the interface from scratch using React, prioritizing a design system that supports high-density information display without sacrificing user clarity for researchers.

Axiom

Axiom is a design system I developed at Dynata to address the challenges of inconsistency and inefficiency in UI development. It standardizes UI components, styles, and design guidelines, helping teams create accessible and cohesive interfaces.

Worked as a sole Product Designer and Front-end developer, focusing on creating a seamless experience for survey research services. The product provided solutions for survey programming, brand health tracking, data analysis, and more, significantly improving user engagement and efficiency in data collection.
